Tekla Portal Frame Designer & Tekla Connection Designer are shipped as part of the same installation package but licensed separately.

Version:

Your License Server MUST be updated with Tekla Structural License Service version 4.3.0.0, including Sentinel RMS v10, or newer before installing the 2023 Releases.

This update is not optional - if it is not performed, server licensing will not work reliably, if at all, when the 2023 releases are installed.

If you intend to use either Tekla Portal Frame Designer 23 and/or Tekla Connection Designer 23 program and wish to INTEGRATE with Tekla Structural Designer you will need to ensure at least Tekla Structural Designer 2023 is installed.
