Tekla Portal Frame Designer 21 and Tekla Connection Designer 21 include a new version of the Tekla Structural License Service version 3.30.  For Server licensing using Sentinel RMS, your License Server MUST be updated with Tekla Structural License Service version 3.20 or newer before installing the 2021 Releases. 

This update is not optional - if it is not performed, server licensing will not work reliably, if at all, when the 2021 Releases are installed.

If you intend to use either Tekla Portal Frame Designer 21 and/or Tekla Connection Designer 21 program and wish to INTEGRATE with Tekla Structural Designer you will need to ensure at least Tekla Structural Designer 2021 is installed.
